Some of the customizable portions of our policy include:
NonDOT Post Accident criteria: You decide when to test based
on a set damage amount and/or physical injuries sustained.
Application: You decide who is subject to your workplace
drug testing policy. This can include DOT only, safety sensitive
employees or include your entire staff.
NonDOT Test Events: You decide what testing events your NonDOT
employees will be subject to including: Pre-employment, Random,
Post Accident, Reasonable Suspicion/Cause, or Follow Up tests.
Type of Policy: You decide if you want your policy to be
written in a “wired your fired” format if an employee tests
positive on a drug or alcohol test or you can have a policy that allows for a second
chance following substance abuse professional evaluation (SAP), proof
of wellness, a Return to Work contract and follow up testing.
